Mountain Dew conducted DEWmocracy2010, where patrons got to partake in the consumption of three new flavors entitled, Distortion, Typhoon and Whiteout, then take to the internet to vote for their favorite. The flavor receiving the most votes would become a permanent fixture in the Mountain Dew lineup.
